As Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Innovance Consulting Group, she leads internal operations, financial strategy, and infrastructure development—ensuring clients and consultants are supported by systems that promote clarity, efficiency, and scale.

Melissa’s entrepreneurial background has shaped her ability to build businesses from the ground up, streamline financial performance, and implement technology-enabled solutions that drive measurable growth. She has designed process automation frameworks, improved scheduling and performance tracking systems, and helped leadership teams reduce inefficiencies across back-office functions.

With a strong foundation in data analytics, financial oversight, and systems implementation, Melissa brings structure and vision to both strategic planning and day-to-day execution. Her technical toolkit includes Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, Smartsheet, Shopify, Notion AI and Google Workspace.
