Michael Chiarolanza is a seasoned infrastructure and construction leader with more than 30 years of experience guiding complex electrical, utility, and capital projects across industrial, commercial, and public-sector environments. His career spans frontline execution through senior project leadership, with a consistent focus on disciplined delivery, safety, and operational accountability.

​Throughout his career, Michael has led large-scale infrastructure and modernization initiatives, including electrical substation upgrades, high-voltage system replacements, and complex facility conversions. He has held senior project management and engineering roles supporting major manufacturing and industrial operations, where he was responsible for budget oversight, contractor management, regulatory compliance, and schedule performance on multi-million-dollar programs.

​In addition to his corporate experience, Michael is the owner and operator of a construction management firm, where he oversees contractor selection, workforce leadership, and end-to-end project execution. His background as a union-trained electrical journeyman and foreman gives him a deep, practical understanding of field operations, workforce dynamics, and the realities of executing complex work in highly regulated environments.
