Gregg Suzanne Ferguson is an experienced strategist and advisor with more than 20 years of leadership across higher education, policy, and community-based initiatives. She specializes in advancing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies that are rooted in innovation, collaboration, and inclusion—helping organizations align values with measurable outcomes.
Gregg has designed and facilitated programs that strengthen leadership capacity, improve cross-sector collaboration, and embed ESG principles into organizational culture. Her background includes developing training and policy frameworks for educational institutions, public agencies, and nonprofit organizations, with an emphasis on sustainable, people-centered change.
Her areas of focus include:
- Training & Culture Readiness: Leading interactive leadership sessions and workshops that foster innovation, build collaboration, and strengthen inclusive practices.
- Policy & Governance Alignment: Advising on governance structures, policy integration, and operational frameworks that support ESG priorities.
- Orgzanizational Strategy: Helping teams connect ESG goals to operational planning and performance measurement.
Gregg holds an Ed.D. in Leadership Studies and a Master of Arts in School Counseling from Marshall University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in the History of Art and Architecture from Harvard University.
