As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Innovance Consulting Group, Brian leads the firm’s strategic direction and oversees advisory engagements focused on execution governance, operational alignment, and organizational transformation. His work centers on helping leadership teams bring clarity and discipline to complex initiatives where strategy, capital deployment, and organizational execution intersect.

Over the course of his career, Brian has supported governance and delivery structures across complex development portfolios and operational programs involving hundreds of concurrent initiatives and significant capital investment. He is frequently engaged in environments where execution risk is high and alignment across leadership, operations, and delivery teams is essential. His approach focuses on strengthening how decisions are made, how work flows through the organization, and how leadership teams sustain momentum through periods of change.

At Innovance Consulting Group, Brian also leads the development of the firm’s delivery architecture, establishing scalable consulting frameworks that help clients protect capital, reduce execution risk, and build durable operational capability beyond the life of a single initiative.
